Terms and conditions

This translation is provided for your convenience. Only the German version is legally binding.

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop deguchi.shop. Your contractual partner is Maximilian Strauch, Deguchi, Am Sonnenhang 22, 65232 Taunusstein, Germany, email: deguchi.shop.exit@gmail.com ("we").

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (Section 13 of the German Civil Code).

2. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of products in the shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. You add products to the cart and enter your details at checkout. Before submitting, you see an overview of your order where you can correct your entries or cancel the order.

By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase. We confirm receipt of your order by email right away. The purchase contract is concluded with this order confirmation.

The language of the contract is German.

3. Storage of the contract text

We store the contract text. We send you your order details by email. You can view and save these terms at any time on this page. If you have a customer account, you can also find your orders there.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices in the shop are final prices. No VAT is charged under the small business rule (Section 19 of the German VAT Act). Shipping costs are added. They depend on the destination country and are shown at checkout before you complete your order. Shipping costs are charged only once per order. More under Shipping.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and fees may apply. These are not included in the price and are borne by the buyer.

5. Payment

The available payment methods are shown at checkout. The purchase price is due when the order is placed.

6. Production and delivery

Our products are made for you only after you order and are shipped directly by our production partner. The delivery time is stated on each product page. Within Germany it is usually 5 to 8 working days, other countries may take longer.

If an order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels. This does not cause any additional shipping costs for you.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid in full.

8. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our withdrawal policy. You can also withdraw directly online via Withdraw from contract.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

If goods arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally with a photo. This helps us settle the damage with the carrier. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

10. Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
