Shipping

How long does it take?

Every product is printed for you only after you order and then shipped directly by our production partner. Within Germany your order usually arrives in 5 to 8 working days. Other countries may take a little longer.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the country. You see them at checkout before you pay. You only pay them once per order, everything you add travels along at no extra cost.

The only exception are mugs. They always ship in their own sturdy parcel, so they come with their own shipping charge (€3.90 within Germany and the EU).

Where do we ship?

To Germany, the whole EU and many other countries worldwide. Whether we ship to your country is shown at checkout.

Several parcels

Shirts and cards are sometimes printed in different places. In that case your order arrives in several parcels. This costs you nothing extra.

Customs

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply. They are not included in the price and are due on delivery.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel is on its way, you get an email with the tracking number.

If something arrives damaged or misprinted, send us a photo via the contact form. We will take care of it and send you a replacement or refund your money.
